この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Keeper（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、利用者自身が選んだ情報を保存・整理するためのツールです。 登録する情報の内容、正確性、保存およびバックアップの管理は、利用者自身の判断と責任で行ってください。
1. 本アプリの目的
本アプリは、利用者がPDF、説明書、保証書、写真、URL、メモ、メーカー名、型番その他の情報を、 端末内または利用者が選択したバックアップ先へ保存・整理することを目的としています。
2. 利用条件
利用者は、本規約および適用される法令を遵守して本アプリを利用するものとします。
未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者または法定代理人の同意を得てください。
3. 登録情報の管理
本アプリへ登録する情報は、利用者自身が選択・入力・保存するものです。 利用者は、登録内容について必要な権利または利用許可を有していることを確認してください。
開発者は、利用者が登録した情報の正確性、完全性、適法性または有用性を保証しません。
4. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 第三者の著作権、商標権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する行為
- 不正に取得した情報または権限のない情報を保存・利用する行為
- 本アプリの運営、機能または安全性を妨害する行為
- 本アプリの不正解析、改変、リバースエンジニアリングを行う行為
- 本アプリを違法な目的または第三者へ損害を与える目的で利用する行為
- その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為
5. PDF・写真・URL等の権利
利用者が本アプリへ登録するPDF、写真、画像、URL、文章その他のコンテンツについて、 開発者が著作権その他の権利を取得することはありません。
利用者は、第三者の著作物等を保存する場合、私的利用その他法令で認められる範囲を守るものとします。
6. 検索機能
本アプリの検索機能は、利用者による情報探索を補助するものです。 検索結果、外部サイト、製品情報、説明書またはダウンロード先の正確性、安全性、最新性を保証するものではありません。
利用者は、外部サイトや検索結果を確認したうえで、保存する情報を自身の判断で選択してください。
7. OCR機能
OCRによる文字認識結果は、入力を補助するための候補です。 認識結果には誤りが含まれる場合があります。
型番その他の情報は、利用者が内容を確認したうえで登録してください。
8. バックアップと復元
本アプリは、端末および対応するクラウドサービスへのバックアップ機能を提供する場合があります。
バックアップおよび復元は、利用者自身の操作により実行されます。 通信障害、端末故障、クラウドサービスの障害、容量不足、アカウント設定その他の事情により、 バックアップまたは復元が正常に完了しない場合があります。
重要な情報については、本アプリのバックアップ機能だけに依存せず、 必要に応じて別の方法でも保存してください。
9. アプリロック
本アプリは、Face ID、Touch ID、指紋認証、端末のPIN、パスコードまたはパターン等を利用した アプリロック機能を提供する場合があります。
認証機能の利用可否および動作は、利用端末、OS、端末設定その他の環境に依存します。
10. 広告
本アプリでは、Google AdMobその他の広告サービスを利用し、広告を表示する場合があります。
広告の内容、広告先の商品・サービス、外部サイトおよび取引について、 開発者は責任を負いません。

11. 外部サービス
本アプリは、Google Drive、iCloud、検索サービス、広告サービスその他の外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
外部サービスの利用には、それぞれの提供者が定める利用規約、プライバシーポリシーおよび利用条件が適用されます。
外部サービスの停止、仕様変更、障害または利用制限により、本アプリの一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。
12. 本アプリの変更・停止
開発者は、品質改善、保守、法令対応、外部サービスの仕様変更その他の理由により、 本アプリの内容、機能または提供方法を変更する場合があります。
また、やむを得ない事情がある場合、本アプリの一部または全部の提供を一時停止または終了する場合があります。
13. 保証の否認
本アプリは、現状有姿で提供されます。 開発者は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、常に正常に動作すること、 エラーや障害が発生しないこと、すべての情報が失われないことを保証しません。
また、本アプリ内または検索結果として表示される情報の正確性、完全性、最新性、安全性について保証しません。
14. 免責事項
本アプリの利用または利用不能、データの消失・破損、バックアップや復元の失敗、 外部サービスの障害、検索結果または広告の利用等により生じた損害について、 開発者は、法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
ただし、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合など、 適用される法令により責任の制限が認められない場合は、この限りではありません。
15. 利用者による利用終了
利用者は、本アプリを端末から削除することにより、いつでも利用を終了できます。
端末内のデータは、アプリの削除により失われる場合があります。 Google DriveまたはiCloud等に保存されたバックアップは、別途削除されるまで残る場合があります。

17. 本規約の変更
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。 変更後の規約は、本ページへの掲載その他適切な方法で公表した時点から適用されます。

本規約は、日本法に準拠して解釈されます。

These Terms of Use govern your use of Keeper (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Keeper is a tool that allows users to store and organize information they choose. Users are responsible for the content, accuracy, storage, and backup management of the information they save.
1. Purpose of the App
Keeper allows users to store and organize PDF files, manuals, warranty documents, photos, URLs, notes, manufacturer names, model numbers, and other information on their device or in a backup destination selected by the user.
2. Conditions of Use
Users must use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Minors should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian when required.
3. User Content
Users choose, enter, and save information in the App at their own discretion. Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights or permission to store and use such content.
The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or usefulness of user content.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Use the App in violation of laws or public order
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
- Store or use unlawfully obtained information
- Interfere with the operation, functions, or security of the App
- Reverse engineer, modify, or improperly analyze the App
- Use the App for illegal purposes or to harm others
- Engage in any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the developer
5. Rights to PDFs, Photos, URLs, and Other Content
The developer does not acquire ownership of PDFs, photos, images, URLs, text, or other content saved by users.
Users must comply with copyright laws and only store third-party content within the scope permitted by law.
6. Search Function
The search function is provided only to assist users in finding information. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, security, availability, or current status of search results, external websites, product information, manuals, or download sources.
Users should review search results and external websites before choosing what to save.
7. OCR
OCR results are provided as suggestions to assist data entry. Recognition results may contain errors.
Users must review model numbers and other recognized information before saving them.
8. Backup and Restore
The App may provide backup functions for the device and supported cloud services.
Backup and restore operations are initiated by the user. They may fail due to network problems, device failure, cloud service outages, insufficient storage, account settings, or other circumstances.
Important information should also be stored by another method and should not rely solely on the App’s backup function.
9. App Lock
The App may support Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint authentication, device PINs, passcodes, patterns, or other device authentication methods.
Availability and operation depend on the device, operating system, device settings, and other environmental conditions.
10. Advertising
The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or other advertising services.
The developer is not responsible for advertisements, advertised products or services, external websites, or transactions between users and advertisers.

11. Third-Party Services
The App may use Google Drive, iCloud, search providers, advertising services, and other third-party services.
Use of third-party services is subject to the terms, privacy policies, and conditions established by their respective providers.
Some App functions may become unavailable due to suspension, modification, failure, or restrictions of third-party services.
12. Changes or Suspension of the App
The developer may modify the content, functions, or delivery method of the App for maintenance, quality improvements, legal compliance, or changes to third-party services.
The developer may temporarily suspend or discontinue all or part of the App when reasonably necessary.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” The developer does not guarantee that the App will meet every user’s purpose, operate without interruption, remain error-free, or prevent all data loss.
The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, current status, or safety of information displayed in the App or in search results.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use the App, data loss or corruption, backup or restore failure, third-party service outages, search results, advertisements, or external websites.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including cases involving intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
15. Ending Use of the App
Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from their device.
Data stored on the device may be lost when the App is uninstalled. Backups stored in Google Drive, iCloud, or other cloud services may remain until separately deleted.

17. Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms become effective when published on this page or otherwise made available through an appropriate method.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan.
